SHIPPING POLICY
MADE TO ORDER: If you've chosen a piece that will be Made To Order specially for you, please allow up to 2 weeks from Order to Shipping for your item. If you require it by a particular date please contact me in advance of placing your order so I can best accomodate getting your order to you sooner.

READY TO WEAR/READY T0 SHIP: These item/s will be shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Complimentary tracked standard shipping on all orders over $150.
A flat shipping rate of $10 applies to orders under $150.
Express shipping can also be arranged upon request, for a small additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL: The Sewloist ships to New Zealand, the UK + the USA. Standard Shipping with Signature upon delivery. Please select your Region once you've added your item/s to Cart.

Packages are sent via Australia Post - Standard Parcel Delivery with Tracking.
Please provide a secure delivery address as I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS POLICY
MADE TO ORDER: As each piece is made specially for you I cannot receive returns or provide refunds for Made To Order items. Please check your Sizing thoroughly + get in touch with any questions before placing your order. I love what I do + I'm here to offer guidance on every piece I make.

READY TO WEAR/READY TO SHIP: As The Sewloist is a very small label I am unable to provide Refunds on Ready To Wear pieces for change of mind. I am happy to Exchange another size for you when possible, or Exchange for another item in stock. If you choose to have your item exchanged please send an email with your order details, within 3 days of receiving your item + let me know what item you would like it exchanged for so I can determine availability. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition - unworn, not damaged + with original tags attached. The cost of return postage is at the customer’s expense + any items returned are your responsibility until they reach The Sewloist studio.

SALE ITEMS: Returns cannot be accepted + Refunds cannot be provided on Sale items. Please check your Sizing thoroughly + select mindfully before placing your order.
