This is a beautifully printed Ankara Cotton. Also known as an African or Dutch Wax Print.
This Bum Bag has an all over print in rich colours of magenta, chartreuse + navy. 
Ankara print fabrics are made with a wax-resist dyeing technique called Batik. Wax is printed onto the fabric so as to “resist” the dye from reaching all the cloth, thereby creating a pattern.
